Erin is a graduate of Wake Forest University (B.A. 1999) the University of Maine School of Law (J.D. 2009).   She is admitted to the Maine Bar and the United States District Court for the District of Maine. She is a member of the Maine State Bar Association and the Maine Trial Lawyers Association.

Following graduation from Wake Forest, Erin worked as a paralegal for a small Augusta insurance defense firm, the Law Offices of William J. Kelleher.   After six years, she moved on to the position of Senior Case Technician for the Social Security Administration’s Office of Disability Adjudication and Review (ODAR) in Portland. Shortly after joining ODAR, Erin was selected by the Hearing Office Chief Administrative Law Judge to serve as the office’s Congressional Liaison, working closely with the legislative offices for Maine’s federal congressional delegation. 

While continuing her employment with ODAR, Erin began law school at the University of Maine School of Law, completing her law degree in two and a half years and graduating cum laude.   She was admitted to the Maine Bar in 2010 and joined Marden Dubord Bernier & Stevens in 2011 as an associate attorney. She focuses her practice primarily on all areas of insurance defense litigation, including medical malpractice defense.

Erin grew up in Augusta and is a 1995 graduate of Cony High School. She currently resides in Farmingdale with her husband and two young children.
