David began practicing law in 1982. His areas of expertise include Commercial Law, Elder Law, Probate Law, and Civil Litigation. He attended Villanova University and obtained a bachelor’s degree from Colby College. He received his law degree from the St. Louis University Law School.

David is a trustee of the Waterville Public Library, serves on the Boards of the Kennebec Valley Community Action Program and Spectrum Generations, and is an appointed Dedimus Justice. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives, as well as being active in the Waterville and Maine State Bar Associations and Elder Law Section. David formerly served as Mayor of Waterville, is a former chairman of the Waterville City Council, and is a former President of Delta Ambulance, Past President of the Waterville Public Library, and is a former member of the Mt. Merci Board of Overseers.

On a personal note, Dave was born in Waterville, Maine, where he currently resides with his wife and three children.
